Booking and Terms

If you wish to check available dates, prices or book, you can do so by clicking the Book Now button in the right-hand sidebar. Please note that the booking facility will ask for credit card details, but it will not take any payment from you (see proviso below).

Terms: The booking can be cancelled and/or modified at no expense up to and including three calendar days prior to your intended stay. (For example, if due to arrive on Thursday, the booking can be cancelled up until midnight on Monday). Thereafter any cancellation, modification to a booking or no shows will be charged at the full rate of your stay as it is unlikely we would be able to resell the room at such short notice. For those booking within three calendar days, the full amount of the stay will be deducted from your credit card at the point of booking.

Payment: Payment can be made by bank transfer, cash, debit or credit cards (excluding American Express). 

We respectfully retain the right to charge for damaged or missing property.

House Rules: Very simple. We aim to do everything we can to help you have a really enjoyable stay!  We have sought to provide the highest quality facilities for our guests at Whistlers Dell, which is our home, and we would request that you take every care to keep things in good order for future guests. Please also note we have two very friendly Golden Retriever dogs who form part of the Welcoming Committee!

Our check-in time is generally from between 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm; however if you could give us a quick call with your estimated arrival time we would be most grateful. We request that guest vacate their rooms by 10.30am on the date of departure.

We ask guests not to bring food into their room.

We operate a strictly NO SMOKING policy.
